Complaints regarding implementation of the Voluntary Code should in the first instance be acknowledged, dealt with and resolved at store-level by the Store Manager or the holder of the alcohol licence.
It should be noted that if a customer's complaint regarding compliance with the Code is not resolved to their satisfaction at store-level, they may submit a formal complaint to the RRAI by calling the RRAI's 24-hour telephone hotline, on free-phone 1800 84 80 80.
